In spite of how we feel, what Jesus accomplished at the cross brings freedom. Most of us know this as truth in our heads, but sometimes find it hard to believe in our hearts. This song is a declaration of that fact. No matter how dark our addictions or how heavy our pain, the sacrifice of Christ at the cross brings lasting freedom, leading us to a place in worship where only those who have been rescued can go.
