Inside Info On The Relient K Bus Fire
By
Here’s what interlinc staffer Steve Lacroix shared with us about the fire that destroyed the Relient K bus last week:

Relient K barely escaped a bus fire late Wednesday night after their show at Creation East. At around three in the morning, the boys’ “home on wheels” caught fire destroying almost all of their personal belongings, but injuring no one. The fire, originating near the rear of the bus, consumed most of the band’s instruments, tour merchandise and sound equipment, plus the members’ laptop computers, cell phones, iPods, cameras, clothing and other personal items. A trailer connected to the bus that contained much of these belongings was also destroyed in the fire.

The band did have to cancel their performance at Cornerstone, but plans to continue on with their summer tour Saturday night in Greeley, CO. Even though the guys are taking it extremely well, I’m sure they could use whatever prayers you could throw their way. An obstacle such as this isn’t going to slow this group of guys down.
